Years ago I recorded the sounds of a particularly heavy storm in Hellvik, Norway, in the middle of the Oslo fjord, on tape. Trees were shaking against the wooden walls of my hut, wind blew strong, rain was dripping through my roof and continuous thunders were rumbling.
I manipulated the tapes through various DOD distortion pedals and dubbed them on some old Norwegian language course tapes over and over again.
What you hear here is the result.
